Protection of Personal Data

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by the data controller Süleyman Özdemir ("Kampçı") as described below. This notice is prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. It is provided for information only; no approval or acceptance is required from you.

Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated or partly automated means, through the website, the mobile app, contact and application forms, email, and Google/Apple sign-in services.

Who we share your data with and why

Your personal data may be transferred to the following recipient groups, limited to the purposes above and in line with Article 8 of the KVKK. We do not sell your data to third parties.

  • Campsite and business owners: name, contact and date details needed for your reservation request
  • Our service providers: server hosting, email delivery, image storage, error monitoring and bot protection
  • Authorized public institutions: upon a lawful request or legal obligation
  • Legal and financial advisors: to establish rights and meet legal obligations

Transfers Abroad

Our service providers located outside Türkiye

Some of our services are provided through service providers whose servers are located outside Türkiye. Transfers to these providers are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK. Data is transferred to analytics and advertising services only if you consent in your cookie preferences.

A wet-signed petition delivered in person or through a notary to Oğuzlar Mah. 1397. Cad. No:11/1 Balgat, Çankaya/Ankara

Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may also apply via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address registered in our system. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process incurs an additional cost, the fee set by the Board may be charged.
