These terms of service form a legal agreement governing your use of the Kampçı platform. By registering on our platform or using our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Parties and Definitions

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into between Süleyman Özdemir, operating under the Kampçı brand ("Kampçı", "we", "Platform"), and the individual or legal entity using our platform ("User", "you").

Platform:The kampci.io website and the Kampçı mobile application
Site/Business Owner:An individual or legal entity listing a camping site, route, event, or outdoor service on the Platform
Guest:A user who makes a reservation through the Platform
Services:All features and functionality offered through the Platform
Content:Text, images, video, and other materials uploaded by users

2. Scope of Service

Kampçı is an online marketplace that lets you discover, compare, and book outdoor locations across Turkey, such as camping sites, hiking/trekking routes, and fishing spots. Our main services include:

Discovery and Search

Map-based search, filtering, and location comparison features

Reservation Management

Online booking, payment processing, and calendar management

Review System

User reviews, ratings, and photo sharing

Communication Tools

Secure messaging with site and business owners

Important Note

Kampçı is an intermediary platform. We do not own or operate the listed sites or services. The quality of your experience is directly the responsibility of the site/business owner.

3. Membership and Account

You need to create an account to make full use of the Platform's services. Rules for creating and managing your account:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register on the Platform.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during and after registration.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and securing your account.

Single Account

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

Account Transfer

You may not transfer or sell your account to another person.

4. User Obligations

You must comply with the following obligations while using our Platform:

  • Act in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international law
  • Fulfill your tax obligations
  • Respect the rights of third parties

  • Comply with the provisions of this Agreement
  • Respect community guidelines
  • Not disrupt the technical operation of the Platform

  • Share accurate and non-misleading information
  • Not post fake reviews or comments
  • Treat other users with respect

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or a permanent ban:

Creating fake or misleading listings
Fraud or forgery activities
Sharing spam, advertising, or unsolicited content
Insulting, threatening, or harassing behavior
Distributing malware or viruses
Requesting payment outside the Platform
Collecting other users' personal data
Infringing intellectual property rights
Sharing illegal activity or content
Actions that threaten Platform security

6. Reservations and Payment

Reservations and payments are processed through our secure infrastructure. Important information about your transactions:

Payment Security

All payment transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your credit card details are securely stored on our PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure. We use trusted payment providers for your transactions.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the policy set by each site/business owner. The general framework is as follows:

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, logos, software, and other materials on the Platform are protected under intellectual property rights.

  • Platform design and user interface
  • Kampçı logo and brand elements
  • Software source code and algorithms
  • Original content and documentation

User-Generated Content (UGC)

  • You retain ownership of content you upload, such as reviews, photos, and blog posts
  • By uploading to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use it
  • This license is not used to sell your content to third parties
  • You represent that your uploaded content does not infringe any copyright or personal rights
  • Kampçı reserves the right to remove content that violates the rules without prior notice
  • You can report inappropriate content using the in-app "Report" button

9. Limitation of Liability

As an intermediary platform, Kampçı has certain limitations of liability. Please read the following clauses carefully:

  • • Discrepancies between a listed site's actual condition and its listing
  • • Site/business owners failing to fulfill their obligations
  • • Issues arising from natural disasters, weather conditions, or force majeure
  • • Disputes between users
  • • Disruptions caused by third-party services
  • • Indirect, special, or punitive damages

  • • Making reasonable efforts to keep the Platform accessible
  • • Processing payments securely
  • • Protecting the confidentiality of user data
  • • Reviewing complaints within a reasonable time
  • • Providing mediation support for disputes

10. Privacy and Personal Data

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this Agreement will first be addressed through amicable resolution.

We will first try to resolve your issue through our customer service.

If no resolution is reached, an independent mediation process may be initiated.

Competent Court

İstanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement.

12. Changes to the Agreement

Kampçı reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Change Notification

  • Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance
  • Notifications will be made via email and in-platform announcements
  • You may close your account if you do not accept the changes
  • Continuing to use the Platform means you accept the changes
